Obsidia and Spritz
Spritz is built like a bid-and-ask market for fragrance, with an optional authentication stop. Obsidia is a direct listing marketplace for decants and bottles. The Spritz figures below are from Obsidia's October 2026 comparison and can change.
| Obsidia | Spritz | |
|---|---|---|
| How a sale works | A seller lists a price. A buyer checks out. | Catalog with bids and asks, plus a used tab and trades. |
| Seller fee | 10%, never more than $15. | 10%, with a flat $3 under $30. A lower rate has been offered to sellers moving over. |
| A $500 sale | $15 | $50 at 10%. |
| Shipping | Ground label price quoted at checkout. | Flat $8.99, plus $2.99 for each extra item. |
| Authentication | No warehouse check. Sellers upload five proof photos. Buyers have 48 hours after delivery. | Optional in-house authentication. The buyer pays 5% plus both shipping legs. Dispute window of 2 days. |

Where each one fits
Choose Spritz if you want a house to authenticate the bottle before you receive it, and you accept the extra fee and the extra shipping legs. Choose Obsidia if you want the seller to ship to you, a 48-hour inspection window, and a fee that stays at $15 on an expensive bottle.
Obsidia is explicit that proof photos are not an in-person inspection. That is the trade for a faster, cheaper path. More on that.
Spritz details were recorded in October 2026 from public pages and are not kept in sync after that.
